IMPORTANT: We'll do our best to get your item/s to you as soon as we can. By sending out what we have available or contacting you to confirm if your ok to wait, from 4-6 weeks, if we do not stock your size at the time of your order.

We use Australian Post for deliveries inside the Australia and abroad. All of our shipments leave the Australia and may spend time in the customs for the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs. 

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

1. Once your payment has been confirmed.
2. You will receive and  email from that contains order number and what you have bought from us. Check your JUNk mail? If you cannot find it.
3. We will ship it to you if we have it in stock . If not we will proceed to print it for you - this may take from 4-6 weeks.
4. As soon as you as your prints are ready we will post them to you. 
   
5. If you havent got it yet its because we are either printing it or its in the mail.
   
6. You will receive a tracking number from us. If you haven't got a tracking number then it hasn't been sent yet.

We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different shapes and sizes of customers from all over the world. We offer products that come in a range of shapes, including Unisex  in a full range of typical BIG U.S. style sizes (Small through 5XL (our 5XL is MASSIVE up to 89 cm wide) ). 

Each product is different, so make sure to check the sizing guide in each page, as some products may be very fitted. As we introduce new products, we'll add even more information about product fits and sizes. 

Yes send to New Zealand and USA, UK!  We use Australia Post .
Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. 
Once a package leaves our our hands to AUSPOST , you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues.
You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.

We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. 

Our branded products are manufactured in the United States, China, India, Pakistan. Unless otherwise mentioned all apparel Design is done in the Australia and Aotearoa by myself and then printed on blanks from the above countries. 
We have tried to manufacture in New Zealand and Australia and Fiji, but our priority in front of everything is QUALITY. In the end as long as our manufacturers make really Good Quality and they are good to their own workers wherever they live in the world. We are all brothers and sisters of the world.

• Scotish, Irish, and German.
• We were brought up in Aotearoa New Zealand, Ōtautahi – Christchurch.
• We currently live in Sydney, Australia and are based here, but still go back home (Aotearoa) as much as we can.

If you have ordered a product from our website and within a 2 days you have changed your mind that is ok if you have contacted us in person and we confirmed with you via email only. Not facebook or instagram.

But after two days, when we have already ordered and processed your product to be made for you, we do not have to give a refund on your custom product.

We also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
