Returns Policy and Refund Policy
Kia ora Malo Brian here from Jandal Broz, when you purchase and item from Jandal Broz, it is made custom just for you in that size and design. We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges if you have chosen the incorrect size.

So you must be careful to choose the size carefully, as it is you as buyer from us must take responsibility and risk for the size you choose.

Modifications or Cancellation of your order
After you have made and order from us, you have 24 hours to contact me in person and request a change of size or design, or cancel no worries. But after the 24 hours if your order has already been started into production we cannot change your design and size. Contact me if you have any questions  Brian +61437 580 965

You received the Incorrect design?
Quality control should be ok ,because i check every item before I send, but if there is any thing wrong take a photo and contact me . We want to you to happy as with our products 200%. So please contact if there is a problem with any damaged products.

If you received the wrong incorrect design, size etc item, contact me email, and send a photo, we will replace if for you. Contact me at brianandvictoria@mac.com please detail your order number.

Didn’t receive your order from me?
If you haven’t received your order from me after 60 days we will give you a refund straight out, But please note we will NOT if it got lost via post office or the from the wrong address details provided from you. Or you you missed your parcel delivery.

Please use a safe address, work address is recommend ,where someone is able to receive the item in person during normal work hours.

I really want you to get your stuff safely.

We care alot but we can only do so much, once your item is sent, it’s up to the post office. The Post service we use are pretty reliable, NZpost and AUSpost. We’ve been using them for many years. 

Returns and Refunds
Any defective or incorrect products from us, we will replace for you, no worries. Just make sure send me and email with your order number and a photo graph of the problem. You do have to pay for it to be returned. Contact me Brian brianandvictoria@mac.com i will do my best to look after you. Chur Malo.

There are no exchanges if you worn the products or if you receive product after 30 days you want an exchange or refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
