POSTAGE OPTIONS
Flat rate option is WITHIN Australia ONLY! Does NOT include Mats...$14.95 postage is automatically included.
If you choose the flat rate option we will send the items via Parcel Post Satchels (which takes 2 - 6 days).
We provide you with a tracking number allowing you to view where your item is during the delivery process.
SHIPPING OVERSEAS
Please make sure you choose the 'International Air' shipping option for anywhere else in the world (outside Australia) or we will be contacting you to make further payment.
PAYMENT
Payment is cleared = we send your parcel
Please arrange your payment immediately so there is no delay (no items will be sent until your payment is cleared)
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
If for whatever reason you are unable to make a confirmed payment immediately. We will hold items for up to 14 days without a confirmed payment. We are willing to hold items for longer, if you contact us and arrange when payment will be made. As we understand circumstances can change for you - no worries.
ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US WITH IS CONFIDENTIAL
Any information you provide us with ie. address, email address, etc is only for our use to do with OUR business or OUR website.
Any information or details WE think you may be interested in we will send to you personally.
We have NO access to credit card details, bank account details or anything...that is all taken care of by our (your's and our's) banks or paypal.
UP TO DATE STOCK NUMBERS
We do our very best to keep our stock numbers up to date but sometimes you order something before this can be done...ie items get sold at markets or festivals before we can amend the numbers online. Thanks for being patient with us...we will offer you the next best thing or let you know what else we have or even better when we'll get more stock done.

PRICES
All our prices are in AUD therefore all payments must be made in AUD. Thanks! (It's much easier for us with our bookwork for Tax purposes).
We may change our prices at any time.
REFUNDS
We will gladly refund if we think that it is a fair requirement ie. we've not been able to provide the order you requested or agreed on a satisfactory replacement item. The amount will reappear in the account or card details you provided. We do not have access to any bank account or credit card details.
EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange your item if it is obvious it has not been worn other than to try on for size and you will be responsible for excess postages costs (we advise measuring an existing item you own to get the correct size by comparing to our size charts provided with each item).
There may be more Terms and Conditions so we'll add them as we are aware of them.
